Gas Technology Theory
Gas
Technology is designed to give the participant a practical working
knowledge of gas fired equipment and the associated practices
and procedures for the installation, troubleshooting, and servicing
of this type of equipment. The objectives for the training are
accomplished through the study of gas properties, combustion
theory, distribution systems and regulators, various burner
designs, control systems, and venting requirements. |

Gas
Technology Lab
Participants
are able to apply the theory learned in class to live units
in the lab. The lab experience affords the participant valuable
hands-on application in areas such as testing, troubleshooting,
and servicing on the same type of equipment that will be encountered
in the field
